Our billing method is based on Time and Materials (T&M). We provide monthly invoices for all work conducted and expenses incurred in the previous month. Payment is NOT required to start the work. Before initiating any project, we offer detailed project time estimates to provide transparency and facilitate budgeting. 

We adhere to a stringent time-tracking policy. Our time tracking is focused on the work at hand and only recorded when we are fully engaged in your project.

Yes, we follow a structured approach that involves the execution of a Master Contract. As new projects arise, we appended additional Project Agreements to the Master Contract. This streamlined process minimizes paperwork and legal review, providing clear guidelines and expectations for our collaboration. It ensures a smooth and efficient working relationship between all parties involved.

Our pricing approach is based solely on Time and Materials (T&M). We DO NOT offer fixed-price projects or other pricing models because we believe in aligning incentives for optimal outcomes. Fixed-price projects often lead to overestimation and bloated budgets. With our T&M model, you only pay for the work we perform. If we complete a project ahead of schedule, we can work together to allocate the remaining budget towards addressing additional challenges or advancing your goals. In rare instances, depending on the nature of the project and our established relationship, we may offer a yearly or year-end contract. The pricing structure for this contract will be based on a projected hourly rate for the duration of the agreement. Such contracts are exclusively focused on time and do not include any material expenses. Any additional costs incurred during the project, such as materials or external services, will be billed separately.This approach enables us to provide a customized solution that accommodates your unique requirements while maintaining transparency and clarity throughout our collaboration.

Yes, we do offer on-site visits and travel to customer locations when necessary. Travel expenses incurred and time spent during these visits will be billed as time and materials to the client. We understand the importance of face-to-face interactions and the value it brings to the project collaboration process. However, as a remote company, we prioritize flexibility for both our team and our clients. This means that frequent travel is not our standard practice. Instead, we work closely with our clients to determine the best travel schedule that aligns with project requirements and minimizes disruptions. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while ensuring a balance between effective collaboration and practicality.
